Delivery Information

All items are delivered to your door. Before dispatch we thoroughly check they are in good condition before they leave our premises. Please examine goods carefully – we must be informed of any damage by phone within 48 hours of receipt.

Orders of uniforms and orders below £20.00 are exempt from delivery charges. A standard charge of £6.00 is applied to all other orders.

Payment Information

Payments can be taken online using credit or debit cards via Worldpay systems. All details are encrypted and the system will show the reassuring ‘Golden Padlock’ displaying that all card details are completely safe and secure.

We also accept cheque payments. Please make all cheques payable to PC Sports Ltd and send to PC Sports Ltd, 67 High Street, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7SP

Returns & Exchange Policy

We also offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour. We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Goods Return note included with your order.

Goods will need to be returned to us within 14 days. Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions.

  1. Goods are returned carriage paid
  2. Goods are received in a resalable condition (unless damaged).
  3. Goods should be returned unused in their original condition
  4. Goods are returned with all original packaging
  5. We cannot accept any goods which have been specially ordered for you
  6. We do not accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered. (It is always recommended that goods which are returned be sent using a recorded delivery service).

We must be notified of faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours, by telephone or writing to us.

To return any goods please enclose a note giving the reason why. Make sure that the goods are wrapped securely and send the goods to "PC Sports Ltd, 67 High Street, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7SP"
